visited e gym today w amanda, doreen n darren. darren was teaching me howta use e ab machine correctly, n i think he was half amused to see me get carried up by some stupid weights machine.. ohmy i've got really weak arms. then i had my peanut waffle in e canteen cos e cafe wasnt open.. havent eaten it since last year i think! we were just lazing around cos all of us were too tired to move. saw e art pieces today, they're all really nice! i like e chinese paintings e best! i think paintings are still e best form of art, they're so intricate n can cater to even e non-artyfarty people. good job khengsiang! think he put up one of e best artpieces.. james' sculpture was kwite nice too though i couldnt really appreciate it haha. all of it really reminded me of e days when all e mep girls were rushing out our compositions for higher music deadline! remember e days gracie? n yaa busy practising for our duet piece! haha im so prouda ourselves! distinction man hahaha.. :) n really i dun understand why people dun miss e mep days! haha going for all e concerts was also kwite fun what! :P

hello! :) okay lets hope hello doesnt screw up again! but its okay, i've got backup plans! hur clever bel. :) last night after crosslink, was supposedta go for debs party but couldnt in e end cos she changed her venue to upp bt timah which i take more than an h to get to frm my home! sorry deb.. :( hope all went well. :) so in e end moses came over, we walked to a peranakan restaurant in eastcoast cos i really missed homecooked food alotalotalot! mum will you please come back soon! :( i've seriously been doing alotta laundry n washing alotta dishes, HEY are you prouda me? haha. moses is NOT helping much by leaving all his socks n jackets behind so i hafta wash them for him.. okay fine, e machine does e job actually haha. but i still hafta hang them up right! n so far no one has taught me howta use e iron yet so e to-be-ironed clothes are still left hanging.. these hols have been way too short i tell you! there are soo many more things to be done. like finding a dress for seniors night! e bebe lady called me last night, so i cancelled my reservation.. okay better not describe e dress cos weiren says other girls will steal it heh.

so anyway today i went to visit e serv for a short while cos it was sunday sch sunday n im still wondering why it was today when childrens days still a few weeks away.. haha. yepp but it was rather good effort, n 2 veh kewt worship leaders HEH.. e kids' item was suupper kewt! aah i regret not bringing my camera! im so sure fmc has e kewtest kids in e whole of singapore. haha! n during e last song of worship, it was soo nice to hear all e kids burst into singing [cos i think tt was e only song they knew] - in whom i can trust.. omg i love kids.

after church i was rather annoyed w my dad cos we hadta go to e airport, pick his fren up, go drop by my cousins burfday party, pass them an angpao, before we finally got to eat our lunch at 3pm! i so wish i had gone out for lunch w e church peeps instead. but lunch was just GOOD.. yep lunch at lei gardens, e best dimsum in singapore, extremely yummy sharksfin/abalone soup n seafood noodle. no offence to e environmentalists! haha. okay bel n e rest of acjc peeps, e time has come.. im going over to my ex piano teachers place for lunch! haha n to collect my dip cert too. shes really nice, n did i mention she was corrine mays piano teacher too? haha.. yepp n im almost done w documenting all my notes alr! bought 2 new files frm carrefour yesterday, they have much cheaper n nicer files than popular! have fun people. :) i cant wait for our first cg outing, you guys better be there!

haha i think i ended kwite abruptly for e last entry cos i hadta go send my mum off. so anyway fri after sch moses came over to watch lost n we've only finished like 18 episodes so far! still kwite a few more to go.. saturday night after crosslink we cooked at my place! haha it was disastrous, oil everywhere, uncooked chicken wings, egg stuck on e wok, rice turned into porridge, veh oily daogei. but its okay we got everything fixed in e end n all tasted good.. haha! i just realized tt cooking is soo fun!! :) k great i've finally found my place in e kitchen.

yesterdays sunday sch lesson was hilarious.. james' soo funny laaa. n i cant believe i was out frm 9am-10pm without my phone! i've never seen anyone so stupid to leave her phone at home.. i felt so lost without it. sigh e reliance on technology.. had lunch w weiren n sara at thai express. n weiren hadta wear an orange tee on e day we were going thai express so we made him pretend to be a waiter but he din want to haha.. then sara hadta go for tuition so i caught e cave w weiren. its kwite a retarded show people, dun watch it.. it was kwite interesting like during midway of e show cos it gets all scientific but e conclusion was plain retarded n e beginning was kwite boring. so anyway since i told you not to watch it i shall tell you what its abt n save you $9.50.. it started w this group of explorers who went to explore some cave in romania like 30 years ago n somehow they disappeared without people noeing what happened to them. n 30 years later another group of explorers decided to go explore e same cave [so clever of them] n they found like huge weird flying/swimming creatures everywhere which e scientists found out were actually parasites [aka organisms which feed on their hosts]. n there was this creature which had e symbols VSSF on it [which was e tatoo e explorer frm 30 years ago had on his wrist!].. n this guy called jack got bitten by one of e creatures n they realized tt he was kinda evolving into one of them cos his eyeballs were becoming diamond-shaped n his hearing became veh sharp. yepp so e scientist concluded tt e creatures [parasites], when they bite their hosts, smthg travels into e bloodstream of e hosts such tt e hosts would mutate/evolve into smthg which can adapt to e env of e cave [aka e weird creatures in e cave]. so anyway finally they found a way out, e guy called jack got killed by some falling rocks, n only like 3 of them survived outta like 7/8? so after they got out, e scientist [which was a girl] n another guy were having coffee together, e scientist took off her shades n said to e guy "at first i thought those creatures could only survive in e cave, but now i think they're trying to get out" n e guy looked at her eyeballs, they were diamond-shaped. yepp e show ended liddat.. grr i hate these endings.

haha yepp so dinner at this vietnamese restaurant called orange lantern at killiney road after.. okay its abt 9am n i feel like going running! haha. yepp gonna play pool w e peeps frm church later n gonna get e complementary ettusais facial weiren got for me.. :):) have a nice hol!

KBOXING! haha.. ohmy we were so excited to relive e best class outing of our lives, e kbox outing on 080804 when we still werent really close yet. n on tue when we went kbox again, e same env, e same people, but it just felt different cos we are so much closer.. well yea we still shout into e mikes, sing rubbish songs like old mcdonalds, stand on e cushions n dance to "she bangs she bangs!", have e guys serenade in a not-veh-serene voice of "dui mian de nu hai kan guo lai". hurhurhur.. then we caught charlie in e night, funny show for a funny class! :):):)
tue night - stay over at beloved saralowshulis place aka clever bottle of urine. haha we made brownies which almost got chewed up by some cockroach hee n we were talking mushy talk in bed till abt 2+am when our dear sara felt hungry so we hadta call up e coffeeshop for prata. but e silly uncle din wanna send e prata over! hahaha [sorry weiren, for e disillusion tt night into thinking you were e coffeeshop uncle].. haha okay i think my entrys not veh understandable. so lets move on to wed.
wed - visit back to our dear old mg! mgs will always be e best, cosiest n warmest place any mg girl could ever be.. i miss e familiar faces, e audi, e canteen, e mep rooms! sigh. n a tanning/swimming session w my dear fren clever bottle of urine after tt..

To the Pastors & Watchmen in the City

It has come to our attention that a Rev. Apollo C.
Quiboloy will be in
Singapore on 2 October 2005 (Sunday). He will be
holding the open meeting
at the Singapore International Convention &
Exhibition Centre Auditorium
Suntec City.

We first came to hear of this man during one of our
trips to Davao City in
2004. We heard from the local pastors about a man on
television in Davao
who was claiming to be the Son of God. Upon watching
some of his
programmes, our team saw an eloborate throne built
for Rev. Apollo in the
church and he was claiming that he was "the way, the
truth, and the life."
At the same time, he used many of the Lord's words
and personalised it to
himself, calling himself THE SON.

We are now alarmed to learn that he is coming to
Singapore and felt it
necessary to warn the churches and believers in this
nation concerning his
meetings.

Here are some examples of his claims that have been
taken off his website:

When asked if he is Jesus Christ in the Gentile
body, his reply was:-

"More than 2,000 years ago, Jesus Christ came in the
flesh to testify to
all that God can dwell in a human body, in the life
of a man. It is here
now. The life that lived in Israel before is now
here. He is now using a
Gentile body (referring to himself). If He was able
to come to the Jewish
people, He can also come to the Gentile people."
John 5:23 says, "That all
men should honor the Son, even as they honor the
Father. He that honoreth
not the Son honoreth not the Father which hath sent
him."

Concerning his role as the Son of God, he said
this:-

"The life of Jesus Christ is in me. If there will be
another book that will
be included in the Holy Scriptures, it will be the
book of the fulfillment
of the Old and the New Testament. This fulfillment
happened in my life when
God called me."

Here are several other statements that he has made:-

"This great opportunity of sharing to you the divine
wisdom and revelations
He has bestowed upon me as His Designated Son in
these last days."

"Don't miss your visitation. Hearken unto the voice
of the Father now as
He speaks through his Son. Treasure each word and
each moment for this
privilege is graced only to those who are true
children of God, chosen and
handpicked by the Father to receive His revelation
through His Son."

He also uses Scriptures such as John 3:35, 5:20,
7:18, and 8:18 to refer to
himself, even though these Scriptures are unique to
Christ alone, thus
making himself equal to Christ and alluding to the
idea that salvation is
through him.

Our Lord Himself warned us in Matthew 24:24-26, that
" ...false christs and
false prophets will rise and show great signs and
wonders to deceive, if
possible, even the elect. See, I have told you
beforehand. Therefore if
they say to you, 'Look, He is in the desert!' do not
go out; or 'Look, He
is in the inner rooms!' do not believe it."

As shepherds and watchmen in this city, we need to
warn our people
concerning these meetings. They should be avoided
because one cannot
underestimate the power of deception. We are warned
by the Lord Himself
about these things, so let us not fall prey. You can
