communications class today was good. nice and slack, just talking cock. haha which permitted me to finally speak up in class! yay i'm proud of myself :)

today was a hectic day. had too many errands to run. was supposed to go collect my tertiary ezlink, only to find it wasn't ready yet. then had to meet jeremy to collect stuff, go draw money, check out the bizcom booth but i decided to order my bash ticket with inezs og after all. and finally met christine at the gym, and ran alittle. oh gawsh it was so pathetic. jas dropped by with my very pretty laptop sleeve :) thanks dear. took a quick shower cos weiren was waiting for me outside the gym already. after we had already crossed the road from lkcsb, i found out i left my poor laptop sleeve behind in the gym! so poor weiren had to carry my very heavy bag and walk all the way back with me. haha thank goodness i found it!! lunch at fish&co after that. a very heavy lunch which put me into a deep sleep once i got home. im still thinking about whether i should go shower hahaha. i better go prepare for bizlaw class now.

SATURDAY and finally i've got nothing on, so i could go down for alpha! FINALLY.
yesterday was vivace. signed up for like a million and one ccas, and it really got sooo tiring trying to squeeze thru the crowd, watch out for each other in case one of us went missing, listen to the cca ambassadors talk to us about their ccas, writing our names and emails on pieces of paper while lugging our bags, books, and laptops with us, trying to shout over the samba masala noise. i went home with a headache after that.

school's really getting kwite scary. come tuesday, it's terrifying business law again. come thursday, would be my very first ltb project group meeting. urghs.

last night, i made moses go down to timbre with me. gawsh i actually miss listening to timmy. even though they're not the most fantastic band around, buti really love to hear them play. i'm still amazed by how tight the band members are, and how they sound good almost all the time. they know each other's styles so well and compliment each other so well, even covering up mistakes for each other. moses ordered a cranberry juice and i got a sex on the beach, and even after instructing the waiter to allocate the drinks to us as above, he gave moses the cocktail and me the juice. sheesh. bumped into matt there, his hair has grown kwite abit since the last time i saw him! at timbre too haha.

alpha today! we had lots and lots of food. and i feel really bad, that i'm supposed to be a facilitator and yet i don't really know much about the progress of the programme and stuff. but i thought the sessions today were not bad, and our discussion was actually pretty fruitful :)

oh yes before alpha, i had a terrifying parking experience. i almost scratched the car, and had to call shangjun to my rescue! haha.

after alpha we went back to childhood play that never failed to amuse a bunch of people with nothing to do. play all the stupid fuzzywuzzy, what time is it?, johnny johnny whoosh, how many mehmehs jumped over the wall and what-nots! haha but it was really fun and elroi seriously never fails to amuse me.

chilled out at starbucks cathay after that.

saturday night and i'm trigger happy uploading lots of songs into my comp from lucy's very cool hard disk :) and of course typing on my extremely cool macbook :) heehee.



the focus is GOD. remember that bel. GOD. not academics, not friends, not popularity. but GOD.

i'm using my macbook! oh gawsh can someone tell me why blogger looks so weird on a macbook?! like i can't change my fonts anymore! :( nevertheless, i'm happy with my mac :) despite me being stuck in school for a good three hours trying to get it configured. no the process isn't that long, but it just isn't helpful that even the cit people in smu aren't familiar with mac. it was actually a diy thing, but it got complicated so i went down to the helpdesk. and the helpdesk queue was frickin long. i was supposed to meet christine for lunch, and so she suggested let's just do it ourselves. hahaha so yes we did and it was actually kwite alright, cos christine's a whole lot cleverer than i am haha. after lunch we headed to one of the project rooms in the library and sat there for about an hour doing everything. then we got stuck at loading the microsoft word part, so i brought it down to the helpdesk again, thank goodness there was no queue this time. i think i almost fell asleep waiting for the microsoft word to load after that. yikes. i was so so tired i was fast asleep on the bus ride home! haha but nvm i consider myself kwite clever, unplugging the ethernet from my pc and connecting it to my mac :) and also loading the software and everything GAWSH. what a nightmare afternoon i've just had, for my beloved mac. oh and when i came home, i tried to tap on my neighbour's wireless! haha but they're too clever, one needed password and the other i just couldn't hack in. sigh.

had financial accounting class this morning, i kwite like it. it's pretty comprehensive and interesting and the professor's this old funny guy who could get pretty worked up at times hahaha. it was definitely alot less intimidating than business law.

okay so i'm teaching piano to a seven year old acs boy from church :) he's damn cute la. yesterday was the first lesson, though i have to say i almost vomited blood teaching him, but he's still cute, and i'm getting paid very well for this so i don't mind :) and also i get to drive to work on my own :)

met moses for dinner last night at pizza hut marina square. pizza hut's way overpriced la, for the quality of food they give :\ shopped around and bought a cute red top from topshop :) i'm still searching for a school bag! i hope unice can get me a discount for THAT BAG! haha. bought some stuff from ig's heaven too cos they're having very good discounts! then went over to his place to watch singapore idol. after hady sang his first malay song, moses' mum made a very cute comment 'eh moses you go and join idol la. i'll cry and help you win votes also' HAHAHA





everyone dreams of being that perfect girl, but how much do we have to sacrifice to be so 'perfect'. and really is there such a thing as perfect.

yesterday was my FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL! :)
eeks but we only had like an hour of lesson. introductions.. name school interesting fact about myself YADA YADA YADA
but the prof gave out a huge stack of articles to be read, and i've read like four sets out of six, of which there's this terribly cheem and uncomprehensive set on second persona ?!!! yikes.
while i was jogging at the park connector yesterday, this man stopped me and asked me how far was the run from east coast road to changi road [which is the route i take all the time] and i realized i really had no idea. i think i should go find out soon haha.
and not to mention, i also saw a drunk old man peeing by the side of the road ...

this morning i woke up to a terribly foul smell, cos my mum's using the traditional method of making soup with the claypot and charcoal.
but anyway i'm kwite glad :) cos jan and i found out that we have the exact same timetable! so at least i've got a friend to go to every class with :)
business law class later at threethirty. it's apparently kwite a difficult module. study hard i will.
urgh there's so much more that needs to be done!

1. cultivate a mountainously high level of discipline, which will be subject to deterioration over the next four years heehee
2. be more confident! all for the sake of class participation marks
3. get my laptop! and have it configured
4. learn how to use the damned boss system
5. join a cca

omg it's so frickin sickening. the best singer in singapore idol got kicked out. YIKES

i should've long given up on singapore idol i know. it makes my blood boil.

it's been a long time! sorry for the major delay, but i've been so packed with camps and what-nots renovations in my room! my room's been in a disastrous mess for a good three weeks already, and cos of that my comp got unplugged and i haven't got to touch a keyboard for about a week already i think.

so anyway, freshmen's orientation camp was alright. not fabulous, but fine alrights. haha i know i don't sound very convincing, but ya i really can't bring myself to say i've had a blast haha. but it was still a good experience :)

so what've i been doing these days, besides begging my mum everyday to let me drive the car out alone?? [no i haven't succeeded yet!] oh ya, i forgot to mention my journey in comfort driving centre's officially over! I EARNED MYSELF A CLASS THREE LICENCE! joy to the world. hee

i loved yesterday :) cos we had a hongkong gang outing, though not the full gang but i'm just thinking, we really won't get to do this often anymore after doreen and jas leave :'( and guess waht, the whole hongkong gang can drive! haha everytime we moved from one place to another, we'd have a different person in the driver's seat heehee. and we seriously did cover kwite a huge area of singapore yesterday. prancing from ikea to queensway to suntec to bel's home. then the rest pranced off to holland v then to the prata house and back to bel's home to pick me up hee. we ended the day with supper at grapevine serangoon :) yummy taiwanese chicken and peach smoothie :)

went over to jas' place while the rest headed home and watched her sis' friends play poker till almost dawn haha. i'm gonna miss you very dearly my baibaipangpang friend :(

the class schedules are out! but i'm still mighty lost, cos sara and i have got very different schedules :( i need to find a friend! :(

• more shopping! got a cute and cheap top from forever twenty one. somewhat similar to the ones i bought from hongkong though.

• stupid waste of time career services talk at smu
• our group won a prize! which i left behind i think haha
• speaking of which, i almost lost my phone today! phew.
• lunch at hog's breath with the asoc og! :)
• lots and lots of incessant chatting!! and laughing at eugene heheh.
• very heavy and sinful lunch of a grilled steak sandwich set meal :(
• taught piano after that! :)
• more shopping with unice in the evening! haha.
