i've no idea why i'm so nerve-wrecked about fa quiz! omg. i think it's gotta do with the idea of first test of the year haha. and i better better passs!!
jan and audrey were terribly funny people today. haha they're the only 'things' that brighten up dreary thursday morning fa classes :\

i think i'm spending too much time in that office-like building along stamford road. especially the one that says 'lee kong chian school of business' even though i don't belong there :\
but anyway tonight's gonna be a rest&relax night for me [the night ends in approximately an hour], and after that i gotta start studying for fa :( i'm majorly lagging behind and the guys around are seriously scaring me. last saturday night i met my fa groupmate, aeron on the train, and he was going for dinner at orchard with his fa textbook. omg.
so anyway, our majorly embarrassing bizlaw video turned out to be rather impressive, and the prof wants to buy it from us to be used as future teaching material! haha. i was so embarrassed i couldn't even bear to watch it.
no more camping in school till twelve at least for tomorrow and thursday night i hope. and i can foresee us camping at james' place overnight this friday to rush the written report. i think i don't have a life. i haven't seen moses for the longest time :\
i just read shangjun's post on 'if youre thinking of coming to law school..', someone should write one on 'if youre thinking of coming to smu..'. yesterday saw my very first time staying in school till twelve am, when school closed, preparing for our bizlaw presentation. i can't emphasize how frickin torturing it got, both physically and mentally. urghhs. i think after this sem, i'm gonna be terrified of law for the rest of my life. haha. and yet, part of me actually loves the challenge. even though fa and bizlaw are the heaviest mods this sem, they're still my favourite.
and it was shaun's birthday yesterday! haha poor boy, imagine staying in school the entire day on your twentysecond.. we surprised him with a cake though :) thanks bert for getting the cake :) thanks moses for picking me up from school at midnight :)
ltb's the most relaxing class ever. haha. we played broken telephone games today, frickin hilarious. i laughed till i cried. haha. 'your voice is as sweet as ... BUTTERFLY' haha crappppp.
stayed back for awhile to listen to huikoen's recording, hope she wins the song-writing competition. haha :)
i think i'm kwite a road hazard. haha. everytime my dad encounters a bad driver, he makes this comment: 'i think they passed with eight points too'. very directly shooting me, sheesh. but practice makes perfect right? haha drove to sarah's place today and almost got lost in a very ulu old holland. it could get scary. and then drove amanda back to her ulu house after that .. 'turn left, turn right, turn left, turn right, turn left'. five turns altogether. haha.
yummy dinner prepared by sarah :) haha. it was kwite a pathetic small group of six of us today :( compared to the past, when we could barely squeeze around the dining table :( and after sarah and bev leaves .. :'(

i did horribly for my very first comms assignment. sickening. i'm getting worried.
headed down to chinatown to get some stuff for our bazaar stall with the ltb people. isaac is frickin funny when he drives, probably just a little better off than me. all the 'crap did i lock my car?', 'turn left or turn right!', 'urgh was that the erp!', 'i can't park here, i can't see!', 'aah i haven't taken out my key' .. haha
bizlaw meeting in the night. the question today was soo complicated! i gave up thinking after awhile. but the video was so funny la, my prof is seriously very cute. haha. ohh and i saw our dear renault in the smu carpark today! haha cos ren drove it to school i think. i feel happy when i see it :) even though it's not the most comfortable, nicest-smelling, best-conditioned car, i still love it to bits cos of all the memories :)
so as weijie and shaun walked me to the busstop after bizlaw, they started comparing girls in year one and year two .. and yada, you should know the rest.
i'm frickin tired, no napping today. but i need to read bizlaw.. grr.
i just talked and webcammed with doreen for about an hour thru skype :) i love skype! :)
she showed me to her room and the view from her room [actually i forced her to haha], and it was kwite funny cos the thing lags by about three seconds and we took awhile to get used to the delayed laughters haha. then her friend came to visit her, so i met her friend thru webcam too haha. omg i miss her so much :(

HMM. and jas' mum had to turn around and comfort me when her daughter's the one who's flying off hahaha. and i promised jas to go visit her poor lonely grandma, omg haha. call myself her pseudo-boyfriend ...
today i finally understood some parts of fa. omg i'm really hopeless at accounting .. call myself an accountancy student. even though bizlaw's very sickening, but it's kinda fun when you actually understand how to apply the concepts and look at the cases from different dimensions. which i'm still hoping to achieve of course. haha and my bizlaw project group's a whole lot of fun! we always end up talking rubbish during our meetings haha.
tomorrow's gonna be my very first presentation in smu! a non-graded ltb presentation haha. should be fun, and i'm only doing like one slide anyway haha. oh and my ltb group's setting up a stall during smu bazaar! so if anyone has any supplies of stocks you wanna sell, let me know k! we can discuss about the profit splits from there. the earnings are gonna go into our comm service project btw, so it's all for charity! haha.
finally, i really miss my girls alot! and it doesn't help that jas hasn't written to me yet after so long! i've never checked my hotmail as much as i do now. haha.
oh yes, and i'm so happy with singapore's choice regarding the final two in singapore idol :) i think hady's the best, but i really like jonathan! but nvm, i'll be happy no matter who wins :)

omg it's so scary how people have been complaining about smu and contemplating transferring to ntu where life is supposedly less stressful and competitive. urghs i think every single soul in smu needs to take a step back and enjoy your uni days! damnit. i don't remember reading up for lectures in jc, i don't remember having to keep thinking about questions to ask during classes, i don't remember worrying about how the teachers may think of me or whether they even notice me. ARGHS.
and it really doesn't help that my most beloved friends are leaving or have left me.
there's too much that i don't understand, but i just gotta trust and get on with it.
